Are there any dating sites that start at 16 instead of 18?

I'm out of high school, starting college in spring, make a monthly care payment, why do I have to be 18 to use a dating site? Don't they have any that 16+ year olds can use? I'm 17, no I didn't drop out (how do you know I didn't jump ahead?) and where I live, age of consent is 16.
