Do you believe in dating agency?

I've already spent more than 7000 pounds in last 4 years by joining to several dating agencies. They've always been introducing me to the men who are quite different from my type. Well, it's all right, I just have to be patient.....but I think if I can ever meet the right person naturally in my daily life, I don't want to rely on them, Does anyone has the similar experience, frustration like mine?

3. now don't laugh but a dating service is how i met my hubby 24 yrs. ago and we are now married 19 yrs. well there was a dating service called " together dating services" back in the 80s and my hubby went to a stag and won a free membership to join so he did join but he didn't date much, and i lived in a different town one hour away with my mom at that time . well anyway i joined for two months at $200 for those two months dated some but did not met john yet than i added on to my membership for the rest of the year for another $ 200 and john was the first to call me we went on our first date Feb. 2. 1984 and got married august 20. 1988. i dated others before we got married and he only dated me , i guess i was the one from the start, but me i wanted to have fun so i took longer and now here we are 19 yrs. later married and happy. it was not all peaches and cream we had lots of hard times and still do but we love each other . sometime i forget that is how we met i tell my Friends or strangers but i know god had a lot to do with it all.
4. What a lovely story auerboon. Yes some it works for and others it don't. I went on an agency but it was not for me. So i have been online dating for 10 months which i have had no luck either as yet...but others have so it gives inspiration to keep at it. I had been on paid sites and free ones and to be honest there is no difference. As you still get the fakes and lies. I would not pay for these agencies...but it is your choice as to whether you can afford to keep paying these fee's or not.
